About me

My name is Qifan Fu. I am a computer science PhD candidate at Queen Mary University of London, working in Queen Mary’s Digital Environment Research Institute (DERI) under the supervision of Professor Greg Slabaugh, Dr. Changjae Oh, and Dr. Shanxin Yuan.

Previous Research and Experience

• I completed my Master’s Degree in Information and Telecommunications Engineering from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, (2018-2021) with research focused on spectrum sensing and covert communications. I was supervised by Professor Zan Li.

• I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Jilin University, Changchun, China, (2013-2017).

Research Interests

• My primary research interest is to solve text-to-vision generation problems like text-to-video generation, text-to-motion synthesis, and sign language production.
• I also investigate topics related to Detection, Classification, and Signal Processing.
